This applies to services included under the government dental plan and covered at the CDCP’s established rate. Income-based co-payments, services outside the plan and differences between the CDCP fee guide and standard dental fees may still result in a patient cost.

CDCP Coverage Levels
The amount covered by the CDCP depends on your adjusted family net income.
Under $70,000

$70,000 to $79,999

The CDCP may cover 40%, with a 60% co-payment.
